At Mercy's Center for Performance Medicine, we are looking for a passionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic Operating Room team. Here, you will provide exceptional surgical patient care across a variety of specialties, including orthopedics, urology, plastics, neuro, and general surgery .
Your Role and ResponsibilitiesAs an Operating Room RN, you will:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with the Clinical Supervisor.
- Coordinate patient care with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Organize and manage operating room workflow, including room setup and turnover.
- Support department operations and assist in the orientation of new staff.
- Step in as needed to provide relief during breaks and lunches.

AboutOur Center
The Mercy Center for Performance Medicine offers state-of-the-art surgical care with:
- 10 operating rooms
- 2 minor procedure rooms
- 1 cysto suite
Our center is equipped with the latest technology, providing a comprehensive surgical experience without the hassle of weekends, holidays, or on-call duties!
Qualifications- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in an Operating Room setting.
- Education: Nursing Degree from an accredited institution (BSN preferred).
- License: Current RN license in the state.
- Certifications: Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association.
