OverviewAs an LPN specializing in behavioral health, you will utilize the nursing process to provide care under the supervision of licensed professionals. Your role will involve:
- Coordinating patient care in collaboration with various departments.
- Maintaining patient rights and confidentiality.
- Supporting treatment plans for individuals with psychiatric and behavioral disorders.
Position: Behavioral Health LPN
Hours: 36 hours per week, Days
Location: Mercy Hospital Jefferson, Festus, MO 63028
Sign-On Bonus: $2,000
About Mercy Behavioral Health ServicesOur dedicated multi-disciplinary team is committed to providing a structured therapeutic program for individuals experiencing psychiatric illness, behavioral disorders, and chemical dependency. We focus on evaluation, education, medication therapy, individual and group therapy, and relapse prevention.
Qualifications- Required
Education:
Practical Nursing Degree from an accredited school - License: Current LPN license in our state or the ability to obtain it within 90 days
- Certifications: Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association; IV Certification within 1 year
