Total Roofing is hiring a Sales Manager in Waterloo, IL to lead our residential roofing sales team. You will earn a $70,000 base salary with on-target earnings of $140,000 to $160,000 per year. We need someone with at least 2 years of proven sales experience who can sell in the field on day one, then build and lead the team that takes over.

We hire advisors, not high-pressure closers. Homeowners should feel we are the lowest-risk contractor they can call.

Sell roofing projects in the field and carry your own production from day one.
Meet homeowners, walk roofs, and guide them through insurance and storm damage claims.
Recruit, onboard, and train new sales reps as you build out the team.
Build the tracking and accountability systems the team runs on.
Coordinate between sales and operations so everyone stays informed.
$70,000 base salary, on-target earnings of $140,000 to $160,000, plus personal commission and an annual growth bonus tied to company sales growth.
Full time, field based role.
Company truck and company cell phone provided.
