Benefits You Can Count On- Pay Rate:
Drivers make $80,000 to $90,000; experienced drivers can earn $100,000+. - Referral bonus $3,000.
- Pay Structure: hourly, miles, stops, and cases.

- Inspect tractor‑trailer for defects pre‑ and post‑trip and submit DOT inspection report.
- Inspect bill of lading and secure keys for accuracy in off‑hour delivery.
- Drive tractor‑trailer to destination with knowledge of commercial driving regulations and skills in maneuvering vehicle on the road and within customer premises.
- Maintain driver log (Manual or Peoplenet) according to DOT regulations, documenting delivery receipt, product temperatures, and exceptions.
- Unload trailer, delivering product to customer premises.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- At least 21 years of age.
- Valid Class A commercial driver’s license (CDL‑A).
- At least 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor‑trailer driving experience.
- Must meet McLane’s MVR and risk‑rating qualifications.
- Ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job‑related tasks safely and effectively.
