Entry-Level to $100,000+ (Based on Experience & Work Ethic)

What You Will Own

As a Medium/Heavy Duty Automotive Service Technician, you are responsible for performing diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on medium and heavy-duty vehicles to ensure top-notch performance, safety, and reliability.

Your Impact Will Include:

  • Diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining medium/heavy-duty vehicles
  • Following OEM procedures and safety standards
  • Completing work orders accurately and efficiently
  • Communicating with service advisors and teammates on vehicle status
  • Maintaining a clean, professional, and organized shop
  • Participating in hands-on training, certifications, and continuing education

What It Takes to Win Here

Required — Non-Negotiable:

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check

Preferred:

  • Experience in medium/heavy-duty automotive repair
  • ASE certifications or OEM training
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
