Location: Remote (West Central Iowa)

Travel: Within assigned geography

Reports to: Product & Agronomy Manager

What You’ll Do
  • Lead & Innovate – Partner with Region Sales Managers to design agronomy strategies that meet the unique needs of each sales region and elevate our market presence.
  • Empower Our Teams – Equip District Sales Managers (DSMs) with practical, high-impact agronomic knowledge and hybrid placement strategies that make them indispensable to growers.
  • Amplify Our Brand – Be a visible advocate for Wyffels agronomy. Represent our thought leadership through events, outreach, and collaboration across the ag community.
  • Support & Solve – Tackle complex agronomic challenges with confidence, guiding DSMs through problem‑solving and decision‑making in the field.
  • Educate & Inspire – Build, organize, and deliver impactful training and learning materials to keep our team at the leading edge of agronomic innovation.
  • Collaborate & Connect – Build partnerships with internal and external agronomy experts, staying on top of emerging trends and future opportunities.
What You Bring
  • Experience &

    Education:

    Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy or a related field (Master’s preferred) and 5+ years in agronomy within a sales organization.
  • Influence & Communication:
    You’re a trusted advisor with the ability to simplify complex agronomic ideas and make them actionable.
  • Collaborative Mindset:
    You thrive on teamwork and value diverse perspectives.

Your Environment

This is a remote role with regular travel across your territory — expect a mix of office work, field visits, grower meetings, and team collaboration. Be ready for some dirt on your boots and plenty of fresh air.
