Due to the development ofJohn Deere Polska Business  Service Centerin Poznań we are currently seeking candidates for the position of:

Customer Support Specialist in Credit Management

• Cash Collection and payment processing.
• Executing interest bearing processing and other financing tasks on behalf of John Deere Bank or vendor banks.
• Credit limit monitoring.
• Managing early stage past dues.
• Communicating with Dealers and responding to inquiries pertaining to the status of their account and payments.
• Resolving audit queries and training, supporting dealer inventory inspections / self-audits.
• Work closely with Dealer network, Sales Branches, and other John Deere departments across Europe.
• Participation in continuous improvement initiatives according to business needs and requirements.

• Experience in customer service with knowledge of credit processing.
• Advanced knowledge in Excel.
• Paying attention to details and accuracy, analytical skills.
• University graduate.
• Very good in English is a must
• Adapting easily and focusing on customer.
• Teamwork player - creating trust, with high communication skills.

• German or French language skills.
