Overview
POS Professional Office Services, Inc. is seeking a Customer Support Specialist at our Waterloo, IA headquarters. The general hours for this position are 7:30am–4:00pm (Central Time), Monday through Friday. Starting hourly base pay is $18.00 to $20.50 per hour, commensurate with experience, with the opportunity to receive two increases during the first year.
Responsibilities- Provide the best possible customer experience by helping identify customer needs while promoting customized print and electronic communications.
- Communicate effectively with customers and sales reps to form productive relationships.
- Assist sales reps with keeping customers informed of products and promotions available.
- Act as the link between customers and the organization in the absence of the sales rep.
- Provide best-in-class sales support and customer service.
- Assist with product pricing, quoting, and ordering.
- Excellent interpersonal skills (verbal, written, and over the phone).
- Thorough knowledge of the features, benefits, and uses of all POS products.
- Highly self-motivated;
Team player. - Knowledge of applicable computer systems such as Microsoft Office Suite, ERP, Salesforce.
