The Waterloo Driver's License Service Center Greeter plays a key role in delivering an exceptional experience for all visitors.

This position is responsible for greeting customers upon arrival, assisting with check-in for scheduled appointments, and coordinating same-day or future appointments as needed.

The role ensures that customers have all required documentation for their visit and provides guidance throughout the process.

• Welcome and check in customers for scheduled appointments in a professional and friendly manner.
• Assist customers with scheduling same-day or future appointments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Verify that customers have all necessary documents and provide clear instructions when additional information is required.
• Process and review select customer applications for completeness and compliance with established guidelines.
• Respond to general inquiries regarding procedures, requirements, and available services.
• Provide support for other administrative tasks and projects as assigned.
• Maintain a positive and helpful attitude to ensure a smooth and pleasant customer experience.
• The Service Center Greeter welcomes customers, assists with check-in and scheduling appointments, verifies required documents, processes select applications, answers general questions, and supports additional tasks to ensure a smooth customer experience.
