This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a well-established, faith-based clinic with a strong reputation for quality care and innovation.
Description: Mercy One Medical Group – Northeast Iowa seeks a Family Medicine Physician to join our team.
Employment Type- Full time
- Outpatient-only, full-spectrum family medicine
- Outpatient care focusing on preventive care, chronic disease management, acute illnesses, and minor procedures
- Team-based approach with nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nurses, and care coordinators
- Integrated services with access to lab, imaging, and specialty care in the adjacent hospital
- Participation in quality improvement and clinic leadership opportunities
- Continuity of care with long-term patient relationships
- Team-based care and integrated services
- Innovative care models including telehealth and digital health tools
- Community-focused initiatives with health education and outreach
- Working at one location with clinic hours 8:30-5pm, Monday to Friday
- Phone-only call rotation (1:8) with nurse triage and no hospital call
- Relocation allowance and starting bonus
- Three-year salary guarantee moving to production-based compensation
- Salary: $290,191 2-year guarantee
- $150K in bonuses
- Up to $15,000 moving allowance
