• Collaborate with anesthesiologists and CRNAs.
• Manage all your own cases.
• Earn financial incentives for overtime or post‑call work.
• Provide anesthesia services at Waterloo Medical Center and Cedar Falls Medical Center.
• Work in a collegial environment with surgeons from general surgery, orthopedics, ENT, urology, pediatrics, podiatry, ophthalmology, OB‑GYN, bariatrics, vascular, interventional radiology, neurosurgery (cranial/spine) and EP lab.
• No open‑heart procedures.

• $600 000 guaranteed salary with earning potential up to $680 000.
• $150 000 in bonuses.
• 9 weeks vacation per year.
• $15 000 moving allowance.
• Employer‑paid malpractice and tail coverage.
