Patient Population: Adults (18+)
Setting: Clinic & Hospital (consults only, no admissions)
Responsibilities: Consults, follow-ups, oversight of chemotherapy administration
Required Procedures: Antineoplastics, phlebotomies, IV IgG, iron therapy, bone marrow biopsies
EMR System: Epic
Support Staff: 1 Physician, 2 APPs, 2:1 Nurse-to-Physician ratio, reception, lab, social worker, referrals
Days Per Month: 16 shifts per month
On-Call/Weekends: One week and one weekend per month
Board Certified Required
Active IA License or Active IMLC Required
Fellowship Trained in Hematology Oncology Required
Experience Preferred (new graduates considered)
