• Provide comprehensive medical and surgical care to a full spectrum of patients.
• Operate with state‑of‑the‑art equipment in a collegial environment with a professionally supportive team.
• Work in a clinic that includes an audiologist and has established referral patterns with a large primary‑care base.
• Maintain a clinic located on the hospital campus.

• Salary Guarantee of $570,000 + production incentive.
• $75,000 commencement bonus.
• $37,500 longevity bonus after years 3 & 4.
• $15,000 relocation allowance.
• Employer‑paid malpractice and tail coverage.
• Health, dental, vision, and life insurance (shared premium).
• Retirement programs: 403(b) with employer match up to 6.5 % and 457(b) savings plan.
• Employer‑paid short‑term disability; option to purchase long‑term disability at minimal cost.
• Up to 31 days off per year while on guarantee.
