Urgent Care physician role at Mercy One in Waterloo/CF with a $100K commencement bonus. BC/BE physicians are sought for a busy urgent care. Full-time position.

• Staff a busy urgent care facility.
• Clinic hours:
  Mon–Fri 8am–8pm; weekends 10am–6pm; holiday hours vary.
• No call requirement.

• BC/BE physician.
• H-1B cap exempt organization.
• J-1 candidates accepted.

• $290K Salary Guarantee
• $100K Commencement Bonus
• $20K Longevity Bonus at the end of years 1 & 2
• $15K Relocation Allowance
• Employer-paid malpractice and tail coverage
• Health, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance with shared premium
