Mercy One Northeast Iowa invites a BC/BE Family Medicine physician to join our dynamic team at the Bluebell Road Health Plaza. This is an excellent Outpatient opportunity to practice in a modern, multi-specialty clinic with a strong reputation for quality care and innovation.

• Join team of 5 physicians and 2 APPs
• Outpatient-only, full-spectrum family medicine
• Call: 1:8 - phone only, with nurse triage, no hospital call
• Flexible scheduling options for work-life balance

  -Fri. 8:30 am - 5 pm

• 2-year income guarantee of $290,191 per year plus production incentives & longevity bonuses
