Job description:

Seeking bread and butter general surgeon with state-of-the-art diagnostics and robotics. Block time, shared call, strong referral base. Level III Regional Trauma Center in Waterloo. Work at both Waterloo Medical Center and Cedar Falls Medical Center.

J‑1 candidates accepted. H‑1B cap exempt organization.

• $462,444 x 2‑year guarantee with production incentive
• $70K commencement bonus
• $30K longevity bonus at the end of year 3
• $15K relocation allowance
