• Start Date: August 18, 2025

• Schedule: Minimum 2 weeks/month

  • Clinic:
    Mon Thu 8a 5p, Fri 8a 3p

  • OR/Procedure Days:
    Fridays

  • Call: 24/7 coverage ideal for 2 back-to-back weeks

• Setting: Outpatient clinic + inpatient call at local medical center

• Full-spectrum ENT care, including:

  • Ear cleaning, biopsies, nasopharyngeal scopes, direct laryngoscopies, post-op care

  • Basic ENT surgeries (e.g., tubes & tonsils)

• clinic patients/day

• 3 exam rooms + procedure rooms per provider

• 2:1 nursing and ancillary staff support

• EPIC EMR

• Pay Rate: $350/hr

• Call Coverage + Callback Rates

• 24-hour call option available

• All travel and lodging included

• Comprehensive malpractice provided

• Board Certified in Otolaryngology

• Fellowship-trained ENT

• Active IA License or IMLC with LOQ

• 5+ years' experience preferred

• Must be available starting August 18, 2025 for at least 2 weeks/month
