Patient Demographics:

• Population:
  Neonates, typically those with gestational ages of 28+ weeks. Infants under 28 weeks are stabilized and transferred.

• Average Daily Hospital Practice Census: 6.3

• NICU Details: 10-bed Level III NICU with the capacity to increase to 12 infants for short periods.

• Integrated NICU:
  Infants remain in LDRP with family, but can be transferred to the NICU if needed.

Submission Requirements:

• Board Certification or Truly Board Eligible - Required

• Active IA License or Active IMLC (with LOQ at name clear) - Required

• Fellowship Trained in Neonatology - Required

• Clean Malpractice/Background History - Required (Upload NPDB report within 30 days)

This position requires a neonatologist with fellowship training in neonatology and an active IA license or IMLC, with no malpractice or background issues. The role involves 24-hour shifts with up to 16 shifts per month and is based in a 10-bed NICU
