As an Assistant Director of Nursing you are at the heart of the Clinical Department. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect by assisting with overseeing all aspects of the Clinical Department, instituting a positive and inclusive facility culture, setting and attaining Nursing Department goals, and ensuring compliance with Federal, State, and Local regulations.
Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they receive an unparalleled standard of care.
- Associate's Degree in Science, Nursing, or a related field.
- Unencumbered State of Iowa Registered Nurse (R.N.) license.
- C.P.R. Certification.
- At least 2 years of R.N. experience.
- Preferable: prior nursing department management experience and 5 years of R.N. experience.
- Willingness to be trained for the right candidate.
