The OTA will implement treatment per the plan of care under supervision, document progress in clinical notes, and support the care team across nursing and therapy colleagues.
Candidate must be a graduate of an approved OTA program and currently licensed in Iowa, with strong English communication and the ability to work autonomously in clients’
