Signify Health, part of CVS Health®, is seeking a Part Time Clinician (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to perform in-home health evaluations for members in their own homes. Each visit lasts about 45 minutes and includes health history review, physical evaluation, and optional tests per health plan order.
You’ll use an iPad with a streamlined workflow and are not required to prescribe or order labs.
