Warren Specialized Logistics is looking for a motivated Carrier Representative to connect trusted transportation partners with customer freight. If you enjoy negotiating, solving problems, building relationships, and working in a fast-paced environment, this could be the opportunity for you!

You’ll play an important role in keeping freight moving by securing reliable carriers, negotiating competitive rates, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure shipments stay on track.

• Negotiate rates and book qualified carriers for available shipments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with our carrier network.
• Match shipments with carriers based on their needs and capabilities.
• Track shipments, communicate updates, and resolve issues as they arise.
• Partner with sales and customer service teams to keep freight moving efficiently.
• Manage a book of business while working toward daily and monthly goals.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Comfort using computers, phones, email, and internet-based tools.
• A proactive, goal-oriented mindset and commitment to team success.
