What You’ll Do

As our Automotive Parts Manager, you’ll oversee the daily operations of the Parts Department to ensure efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction. You’ll lead a motivated team, maintain accurate inventory, and deliver the right parts — the first time.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Lead, train, and mentor the parts department team to achieve goals and maintain high morale.
  • Ensure customers receive prompt, professional service and accurate information.
  • Maintain balanced inventory levels and proper stock locations.
  • Manage ordering, receiving, pricing, and merchandising and delivery of parts and accessories.
  • Monitor department performance and implement strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.
  • Uphold company safety and compliance standards in all operations.
  • Demonstrate company values in every interaction with customers, colleagues, and vendors.
What We’re Looking For
  • 3+ years of experience in automotive parts management (preferred).
  • 2+ years of sales experience (preferred).
  • Excellent leadership and customer service skills.
  • Professional appearance and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to thrive in a process-driven environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
