* ** These positions operate machinery, do heavy lifting to maintain production flow while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.
*** What You Will Do
*** Operative jobs require a higher skill level. Work includes operate saws, operate skinners and other equipment to process pork. Box handling and palletizing and operating powered industrial trucks or forklifts to move product.
Work environments are wet and humid. Temperatures range from 35 to 90+ degrees.  Work may include climbing ladders, working from elevated platforms, standing, bending, pushing pulling and reaching, standing and walking on hard floors and consistent lifting of 20-110 lbs.  It will be a dirty, smelly job, will be cold in the winter and hot in the summer.
