Imagine Your First Weekend on the Line
It’s Friday at 6:00 a.m. CST. You’ve checked your Production Worksheet, certified your PPE, and walked your area. You open the Container Inspection SOP, verify each vessel—inside and out—then stage raw materials in the order of addition spelled out in the Batch Record. A reactor you’ll use later is cleaned and documented per GMP Recordkeeping and Manufacturing Equipment Cleaning and Inspection procedures.
Before lunch, you’ve filtered a liquid batch to spec, logged it, and submitted a Maximo service request for a valve that didn’t pass your check. By Sunday evening, you’ve unloaded a railcar, loaded a tank truck (per the corresponding SOPs), completed weekly inspections for your zone, and handed in your checklists—clean, safe, compliant.
