Entry Level Equipment Operator – 3rd Shift
Location:
Burton Ave., Waterloo, IA
Hours and pay:
Sunday through Thursday 11 pm‑7 am. Competitive wage plus shift differential.
We are looking for a regular, full‑time Equipment Operator to work the 3rd shift at our Waterloo facility. This role will provide setup, parts processing, and inspection for heat‑treat processes and offer backup support to technicians. Duties include degreasing, cleaning, unloading customer parts, and performing routine shop duties.
Job Requirements- Minimum of five years equipment operation experience and/or two‑year industrial technology degree
- Ability to operate forklift and overhead crane
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Equipment operating/industrial experience preferred
We can hire the right candidate as Heat‑Treat Support and train them into Heat‑Treat Equipment Operator if the above requirements are not met.
