Inserter Operator

We are currently seeking candidates for a full-time position of Inserter Operator at our production facility in Waterloo, IA.

• Set up inserter in accordance to job specifications.
• Determine correct set up, material, and job specifications based on job tickets and postal reports.
• Ensure equipment is running according to POS quality standards.
• Maintain HIPPA compliance at all times.
• Diagnose and maintain routine inserter adjustments and maintenance.
• Maintain a clean work station and ensure materials are stocked.
• General stocking, organizing and clean up.
• Drive POS truck to the post office to deliver mail as needed

• Basic keyboard and computer knowledge.
• Must be detail-orientated and have the ability to work independently.
• Hours may fluctuate based on workload and may include weekends as needed.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
• Physical demands of this position include:
  • Pushing, pulling, grabbing up to 25 lbs.
  • Lifting/sliding up to 30 lbs.
  • Requires use is fine motor skills frequently.
  • Using a pallet jack

Starting hourly rate of $17 to $20 commensurate with experience and the opportunity for two pay increases in your first year!
