UnityPoint Health – Allen Hospital is a 204-bed, not-for-profit community hospital serving the Cedar Valley, caring for more inpatients, outpatients, emergency, and cardiac patients than any other hospital in our 10-county service area. Outpatient care is provided at United Medical Park and Prairie Parkway.
Responsibilities- Work independently without supervision
- Administer OB epidurals and spinals for C-sections
- Perform general surgery anesthesia
- Handle urology cases including prostate and robotic surgeries
- Manage peds dental, ENT, podiatry, endoscopy, cath lab, and ablations
- Provide neurosurgery spinal anesthesia
- Participate in 30 first-call shifts per year with post-call day off
- NBCRNA certification required
- Ability to obtain and hold an unrestricted license in Iowa
- Current and unrestricted authority to prescribe and administer medications in the field
- Eligible to work in the United States (H1-B cap exempt)
