Ravenwood Specialty Care, a 100-bed long-term care skilled nursing community located in Waterloo, IA, is now hiring! A Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) leader is invited to join our leadership team and help make a meaningful impact on residents and their families.

- Assist the Director of Nursing (DON) in planning, organizing, and directing the nursing department while gaining valuable leadership experience.
- Conduct regular rounds to monitor care delivery, identify opportunities for improvement, and support the implementation of solutions.
- Support and enforce policies while coaching and developing nursing team members.
- Manage administrative and operational functions to promote efficiency and quality outcomes.
- Participate in an on-call rotation with other members of the leadership team.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in the state of Iowa (or ability to activate).
- Current CPR certification.
- Knowledge of federal and state long-term care regulations preferred.
