• Assist the Director of Nursing (DON) in planning, organizing, and directing the nursing department while gaining valuable leadership experience.
• Conduct regular rounds to monitor care delivery, identify opportunities for improvement, and support the implementation of solutions.
• Support and enforce policies while coaching and developing nursing team members.
• Manage administrative and operational functions to promote efficiency and quality outcomes.
• Participate in an on-call rotation with other members of the leadership team.

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in the state of Iowa (or ability to activate).
• Current CPR certification.
• Knowledge of federal and state long-term care regulations preferred.
