• Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: 12-hour days (06:00 AM – 06:30 PM)
• Hours per Week: 36-40, plus call
• Call: Holidays included in call rotation; overnight call approximately every 1-2 weeks; weekend call approximately every 4-5th weekend

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 1 year of recent Operating Room nursing experience
• Current BLS certification (Basic Life Support)
• Experience in Thoracic Surgery, Surgical Pathology, Sub-Acute, Pediatric PACU, or Pediatric OR preferred
• Ability to participate in call rotation, including holidays, overnights, and weekends
• Compliance with healthcare onboarding requirements (health screenings, background check, competency testing, etc.)

• Deliver direct patient care in the Operating Room, prioritizing patient safety and comfort during surgical procedures
• Assist surgeons and surgical teams throughout operations
• Maintain a sterile and safe environment in the OR
• Monitor patient status and respond promptly to changes in condition
• Accurately document all aspects of patient care
• Participate in scheduled call rotation, including holidays, overnight, and weekend shifts
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
