Ravenwood Specialty Care, a 100-bed long-term care skilled nursing community located in Waterloo, IA, is now hiring! Ravenwood Specialty Care, part of Care Initiatives, is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) during an exciting time of wage increases and new leadership focused on staff and resident well-being.

Registered Nurse (RN) – Wage Increase & New Leadership.

  • Deliver high-quality, resident-centered nursing care
  • Lead and support your shift team with compassion and professionalism
  • Monitor, assess, and document resident needs

Qualifications
  • Current Iowa RN license
