Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate Registered Nurses to serve as Charge Nurses on the second shift (2:00 PM‑10:00 PM). This part‑time role offers meaningful, resident‑centered care while keeping afternoons and evenings free for you.
- Serve as Charge Nurse during the second shift, overseeing patient care activities.
- Provide direct nursing care, including assessments, medication administration, and documentation.
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Ensure compliance with long‑term care regulations and facility standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact for residents and families during this shift.
- Valid RN license in Iowa (or ability to activate one).
- Current CPR certification.
- Experience in long‑term care or skilled nursing setting.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem‑solving skills.
