Mercy One Health System is seeking a NICU RN for the Waterloo Birth Center’s Level III NICU, a 28+ weeks gestation care unit with family-centered care. Day shift is 3a-3p in a 23-bed unit with LDRP capability and a NICU transport team.
You will provide specialized, evidence-based care, collaborate with neonatologists and families, and supervise the NICU nursing team to ensure optimal outcomes for vulnerable newborns. Education requirements include an Associate degree in nursing; BSN is preferred.
