As an RN, you will play an important part in ensuring donors have a safe, positive, and comfortable experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Perform donor health assessments and screenings
- Obtain and evaluate vital signs
- Monitor donor well-being throughout the donation process
- Recognize and respond appropriately to donor concerns or reactions
- Provide education, reassurance, and aftercare instructions
- Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation
- Follow established clinical protocols, quality standards, and safety guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent donor care
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient safety
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate, dependable, and dedicated to quality care
