Overview
The Associate is responsible for completing in‑store food and non‑food demonstrations. They acquire and maintain knowledge of the represented products, prepare, serve, and break down product, equipment, and supplies, intercept consumers, and demonstrate products in a professional manner. The Associate maintains a clean, sterile, and safe workstation and presents a professional appearance consistent with job requirements. Pay Rate: $14.00 per hour.
Responsibilities- Proactively intercept, engage, interact, and sell product to consumers.
- Effectively communicate the features and benefits of the product.
- Prepare and serve food samples using small appliances such as microwaves, fryers, skillets, coffee makers, and knives.
- Maintain a clean, sterile, and safe workstation using cleaning chemicals.
- Maintain a professional appearance consistent with job requirements.
- Properly set up and prepare the event table for execution.
- Achieve 100% execution on assigned work.
- Assist with preparation for client visits and complete audit corrections.
- Build and maintain rapport with store personnel to effectively meet company and client objectives.
- Complete expense reports as per company policy.
- Accurately prepare and submit all online requirements on the day of event execution.
- Access the internet, navigate the company's electronic systems, use Microsoft Outlook, and view assigned documents (Microsoft Word & Adobe PDF forms).
Education/
Experience:
High school diploma or GED; one to three months related experience and/or training preferred.
Computer
Skills:
Proficient in using and navigating a personal computer or mobile device with applications and internal systems.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
Local food handlers permit may be required.
Physical Demands:
The associate must regularly stand, walk, use hands and fingers to handle or feel, reach with arms overhead up to 65 inches, talk and hear, stoop, kneel, squat, climb or step up ladder, balance, lift and carry up to 25 pounds (occasionally up to 50 pounds), push and pull a wheeled demonstration cart fully laden with appliances, supplies, and product, prepare foods and beverages using required appliances, and be in contact with cleaning supplies.

None.
Work Environment:
Retail store environment to limited travel.

Skills:
English is the primary language skill; bilingual skills may be required based on business necessity.
Base pay $14.00 per hour.
