Overview

How You’ll Make an Impact
  • Client Support
    • Maintain accurate client information to provide day‑to‑day client support and address intermediate‑level client inquiries.
    • Assist in developing strong relationships with appropriate insurance carrier personnel and satisfy carrier goals and objectives to enhance business relationships.
  • Account Management
    • Maintain files with proper records according to company procedures to achieve positive audit results.
    • Ensure accuracy of account information for new and renewal policies, endorsements, and audits for rating, coverage, signatures, and enter these transactions to generate billing invoices in a timely manner.
    • Review all premium audits per Agency procedures and process them in a timely manner.
    • Review accounts receivable reports for all assigned accounts to support client retention.
  • Insurance Expertise
    • Leverage technical knowledge to ensure carrier quotes are received promptly; review quotes for gaps and assist with carrier inquiries.
    • Attend training and pursue self‑directed learning to continue industry and technical education.
  • Other duties as assigned.
About You
  • Required: Bachelor’s degree; no experience required or High School degree/GED with 3+ years of client service and/or claims management experience.
  • Preferred: 2-5 years of related experience and/or training preferred. Willingness to obtain a Property and Casualty license.
  • Behaviors: Good verbal and written communication skills.
