Automotive Sales Consultant Rydell Chevrolet – Cedar Valley

Salary Range: $50,000 – $120,000 per year
Guaranteed Pay: $3,000 per month for the first 3 months
Employment Type: Full-Time
Classification: Exempt

No automotive experience? No problem. We provide comprehensive in-house training
, including online and in-store manufacturer programs, to set you up for long-term success.

We encourage candidates with backgrounds in customer service, hospitality, retail sales, IT, and call centers to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships and create lifelong customers
  • Assist customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs and preferences
  • Become knowledgeable on all vehicle models, features, technology, and optional packages
  • Conduct professional demonstrations of new and used vehicles
  • Follow up with customers to encourage repeat and referral business
  • Learn and apply proven sales techniques, including overcoming objections
  • Communicate goals, activities, and results directly with the Sales Manager
  • Bring energy, professionalism, and a positive attitude every day
Qualifications
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High energy, enthusiasm, and eagerness to learn
  • Professional and well-groomed appearance
  • Valid and clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
