In this unarmed patrol officer position at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will actively monitor and patrol designated areas to help deter security‑related incidents. Your presence and attentive customer service will contribute to a secure environment for all personnel and visitors. • Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies and/or, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the manufacturing and industrial location and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor for unusual activity and report security‑related concerns according to site procedures.
• Assist employees, visitors, and contractors with directions and general inquiries while maintaining a professional presence.
• Document incidents and daily activities in accordance with Allied Universal and client requirements.

• High school diploma or GED.
• A valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Background investigation in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment per state or local laws and regulations.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
