General Warehouse Associate, Equipment Operator, Mid-shift

** Starting rate on 2nd shift: $22.00/hr with additional incentives of up to $5.50/hr based on performance!
**** Shift start time typically is 11:30a-8p
**** Overtime as required.**## Responsibilities
* Ensure inbound shipments are received and registered accurately.
* Perform general warehouse duties facilitating the flawless flow of goods.
* Assist site management to align with Health, Safety, and Environmental legislation, completing necessary documentation and records.
* Resolve orders that cannot be dispatched or are on hold, liaising with other departments to find solutions.
* Pick and pack goods ready for dispatch with outstanding attention to detail.
* Follow Company compliance along with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and requirements rigorously.
* Maintain regular and reliable attendance to ensure seamless operations.
* Undertake other duties as assigned to support the team and business objectives.* ## Requirements
* Proven experience in a warehouse setting or similar role.
* Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
* High level of precision and well-developed organizational abilities.
* Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
* Dedication to maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.
* Physical capability to perform manual tasks and lift heavy objects as needed.

- ** Pay Range:**-$15.00 - $34.66
- *** Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles

* Hourly for all other roles.***-This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
