Job Responsibilities  As a DC General Warehouse Associate supporting a new warehouse within out Waterloo Distribution Center you will:

Hours:

7am - 3:30pm M-F with overtime as needed and
8am - 4:30pm M-F with overtime as needed
Receive and process incoming stock and materials

Pick and fill orders from stock accurately and efficiently

Pack and ship orders in a timely manner

Manage, coordinate, and retrieve stock in the warehouse

Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits

Operate and maintain warehouse equipment

Follow quality service standards and align with procedures, rules, and regulations

Assist in maintaining a clean and safe work environment

What We're Looking For  To be successful in this role, you should have:
Proven experience as a warehouse associate or similar role

Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse machinery

Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods

Good organizational and time management skills

Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically fast-paced environment

Strong dedication to safety and team collaboration

High school diploma or equivalent experience

- Pay Range:

- $15.00 - $30.15
- Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles  OR  Hourly for all other roles.

- This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.

- Ferguson complies with all wage regulations. The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
