DC General Warehouse Associate

Ferguson Enterprises is seeking ambitious individuals to join our team as a DC General Warehouse Associate. This outstanding opportunity offers a starting pay of $21/hr and an engaging work schedule from 11:30a-8p. • Ensure inbound shipments are received and registered accurately, maintaining flawless records.
• Perform general warehouse duties to facilitate the smooth flow of goods.
• Assist site management in aligning with Health, Safety, and Environmental legislation, completing all required documentation and records.
• Resolve orders that cannot be dispatched or are on hold by liaising with other departments.
• Pick and pack goods ready for dispatch with outstanding accuracy.
• Follow Company compliance and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and requirements carefully.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance to support our operational success.
• Successfully implement other duties as assigned to support team goals.

• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes strictly.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
• Reliable transportation to ensure punctuality.
• Prior warehouse experience is preferred but not required.

• Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
• This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
