As a Customer Service Advisor
- Maternity Cover

, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients—setting the tone for their entire experience. This role is central to our Customer Excellence operations, ensuring every enquiry is handled quickly, accurately, and with exceptional service. Your prompt actions and commitment to getting things right first time will directly support customer satisfaction and play a vital part in the overall success and profitability of the business.

What you will be doing…

  • Putting the customer first in every interaction.
  • Providing proactive communication to clients and internal teams.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service within agreed SLAs.
  • Supporting customers and scheduling reactive service calls.
  • Planning and booking Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) visits.
  • Managing engineer diaries and allocating work efficiently.
  • Handling all return visits following initial engineer attendance.
  • Coordinating specialist equipment or subcontractors as needed.
  • Making informed decisions based on multiple factors.
  • Logging and supporting complaint resolution.

What you will need...

  • Proven experience in a call centre or customer service/front-facing role (internal or external).
  • Strong experience using Microsoft applications.
  • Ability to work with multiple systems simultaneously.
  • Team-oriented approach, managing your own workload and supporting others.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with the Regional Service Manager and engineers.
