The school is seeking a Head of Drama to lead the department from April 2026 or September 2026. This full‑time, permanent role involves overseeing the Drama curriculum across KS3 and KS4, delivering engaging lessons, shaping the department’s strategic direction, managing productions, coordinating extracurricular activities, and ensuring students have access to a rich performing arts experience. Responsibilities include departmental planning, assessment, resource management, staff mentoring, and contributing to wider school initiatives.

A qualified teacher with a strong background in Drama or Performing Arts and experience teaching across KS3 and KS4. Leadership experience is desirable, though the school welcomes first‑step middle leaders.
