The Role SEN Teacher As an SEN Teacher, you will be responsible for supporting a small group of 7-8 pupils in KS1 who are currently working at an EYFS level. You will plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that meet the individual needs of each pupil while encouraging both academic and personal development. The role requires someone who is patient, adaptable and committed to creating a nurturing classroom environment where pupils feel safe, valued and motivated to learn.

Strong behaviour management skills, previous experience working within an SEN setting and QTS is essential.
