The Role As an Electronics Component Engineer, you'll be the technical expert for electronic components used throughout our products. Working closely with Engineering, Procurement and Quality, you'llensure components are suitable, compliant andavailablethroughout the product lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include:
Reviewing Bills of Materials (BOMs). Researching electronic component datasheets. Supporting component selection and approval. Assessing component availability and lifecycle status. Identifyingalternativesfor obsolete components. Working with Procurement and Quality teams. Investigating component-related issues. Maintaining accurate technical documentation. What we'relookingfor We're interested inhearing from experienced Electronics Component Engineers as well as Electronics Engineers lookingto moveintoa specialist component engineering role. You'll ideally have:
Experience working with electronic components. Knowledge of Billsof Materials(BOMs). The ability to interpret technical datasheets. An understanding of component selection or qualification. Excellent attention todetail. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Experience with in aerospace, defence, space, medical devices or otherhigh-reliability electronicsindustries would be beneficial but isn'tessential. What's in itfor you?
