Hybrid working available Overview Reed is delighted to be partnering with a growing, award-winning services business to find their next Finance Business Partner to join them on their exciting journey of growth. As part of the finance team, you’ll play a central role in budgeting, forecasting, reporting and performance analysis, while supporting improvements to processes, consistency and governance.

Key responsibilities include:

Partner with senior stakeholders and budget holders to provide day to day financial insight and support informed operational and commercial decisions. Produce monthly performance reporting, including variance analysis, commentary and clear explanation of key drivers. Support budgeting and forecasting processes, helping strengthen budget ownership and financial accountability. Identify risks, overspends, opportunities and early performance concerns, driving corrective actions where required. Collaborate with Management Accounts and transactional finance to ensure accurate and timely month end delivery.

Contribute to improvements in reporting quality, financial processes, performance visibility and working capital discipline. Skills and Experience ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified, with proven experience in a Finance Business Partner or commercial management accounting role. Strong understanding of management accounts, cost drivers, margins and profitability analysis. Confident producing insightful reporting and turning analysis into practical recommendations. Advanced Excel skills and comfortable working with ERP/accounting systems and large datasets.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to challenge constructively. Highly organised, analytical and commercially minded, with a continuous improvement approach.
