Financial Controller

Your new company We're a growing, ambitious manufacturing group with a strong reputation for quality and innovation, and we're now looking for a dynamic Financial Controller to strengthen our leadership team. This is a high-impact role where you'll bring financial discipline, commercial insight and operational focus to a business that's scaling fast and evolving its group structure. Your new role As Financial Controller, you'll take full ownership of the finance function, leading a capable team while driving improvements across reporting, controls and processes.

You'll oversee all management and statutory reporting, deliver accurate and timely group reporting packs, and play a key role in integrating newly acquired or merged entities into our financial framework. This is a hands-on role where you'll be close to the numbers, but also influential in shaping strategy and supporting decision-making across operations, supply chain and commercial teams. What you'll need to succeed We're looking for a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with strong experience in a manufacturing or product-based environment, ideally with exposure to group structures and integration activity.

You'll understand cost accounting, inventory and production processes, and you'll be comfortable leading a team while staying close to the detail. You'll be commercially minded, energetic and proactive, with the confidence to influence at all levels and the drive to make things happen.
