What you'll do day to day

• Perform high-quality vehicle maintenance and repairs in line with manufacturer standards

• Conduct thorough inspections of vehicle components to assess wear, damage, or replacements needed

• Provide expert technical advice to customers with clear and professional communication

• Maintain exceptional customer service standards to build trust and loyalty

• Collaborate with the service reception and workshop control teams to ensure seamless workflow and customer satisfaction

• Offer guidance and support to fellow Technicians, promoting teamwork and shared learning

Helpful skills and qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or equivalent

• Strong understanding of vehicle safety standards and guidelines

• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail

• Proven ability to meet efficiency targets while maintaining quality

• Team-oriented with a positive attitude

• A current MOT licence is advantageous but not essential

• Full UK driving licence required
