Hours:

Monday–Thursday: 6:00am – 2:15pm, Friday: 6:00am – 12:00pm (early finish)

Contract:

Full-time, ongoing

We’re recruiting Mechanical Assemblers to join a well established aerospace engineering company in Havant. This is a clean, modern workshop environment with steady work, reliable hours, and long term opportunity.

You’ll be assembling mechanical and hydraulic components, using hand tools and following drawings or work instructions. The work is detailed but practical, and full training is provided on site specific processes.

This role would suit someone with experience in mechanical assembly, fitting, hydraulics, aerospace, automotive, or general engineering who enjoys hands on work and takes pride in building quality parts.

What you’ll be doing :

Assembling mechanical and hydraulic parts
Using hand tools and basic power tools
Following drawings and work instructions
Carrying out basic quality checks
Working in a clean, organised production environment

What we’re looking for:

Previous experience in mechanical or engineering assembly
Comfortable using hand tools
Able to follow drawings or instructions
Good attention to detail
Reliable and keen to work
