Adecco is delighted to be recruiting for a Warehouse & Despatch Administrator on behalf of our client in Waterlooville.

This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive individual with experience in despatch, logistics, manufacturing, or warehouse administration to take ownership of a key operational function. Working in a standalone role, you'll be responsible for coordinating the despatch process, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring customer orders are shipped efficiently and on time.

The position is primarily administration-focused, but you'll also provide hands-on support within the warehouse during busy periods, making this an ideal role for someone who enjoys variety and taking responsibility.

What You'll Be Doing

As the Warehouse & Despatch Administrator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring products reach customers accurately and on schedule. Your responsibilities will include:

Despatch & Administration

Maintaining accurate customer, stock, and shipment records within ERP and business systems.
Processing orders, shipping documentation, and labels with a high level of accuracy.
Producing and issuing despatch notes, invoices, Certificates of Conformance, and related documentation.
Coordinating shipments and proactively managing delivery schedules to support excellent on-time delivery performance.
Ensuring full traceability of products through accurate receipting, labelling, and tracking processes.
Supporting audit requirements by maintaining robust and compliant records.

Warehouse Support

Packing and preparing customer orders in line with customer specifications and quality standards.
Assisting with warehouse operations during peak periods.
Helping ensure stock accuracy and smooth day-to-day despatch activities.

Continuous Improvement

Building strong working relationships with customers, couriers, production teams, and colleagues.
Identifying opportunities to improve despatch processes, warehouse efficiency, and customer service.
Following all Health & Safety, Quality, and Operational procedures.
What We're Looking For

Essential Skills & Experience

✔ Previous experience within a warehouse, despatch, logistics, manufacturing, or similar environment
✔ Strong administrative and organisational skills
✔ Experience using ERP systems
✔ Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when handling documentation
✔ Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines
✔ Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel
Strong communication skills with the confidence to liaise professionally with customers and couriers

Desirable Skills & Experience

⭐ Experience preparing export or shipping documentation
⭐ Knowledge of Certificates of Conformance and quality documentation

Experience with in a regulated manufacturing environment
⭐ SAP experience
